Project Manager
Townmore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our successful, growing delivery team for a new residential project in Dublin.

Role:
This individual will work under our Regional Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover. This person will form part of a cohesive and dynamic delivery team carrying out projects across numerous sectors including fitout, refurbishment, new build and conservation works.
Our Project Managers are pivotal in the delivery of high-quality projects and developing long-term relationships with the supply chain, design teams and clients alike. The individual will need to demonstrate their abilities in running projects across a spectrum of sectors and must be competent in Health & Safety, programming, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and directing labour accordingly.
The Requirements:
- A third level qualification in construction management / engineering is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years + site/project management experience.
- A strong motivational attitude combined with keen managerial skills coupled with strong commercial awareness are essential.
- Excellent people and client management skills.
- Excellent references and a good track record in the industry.
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
- You will have a desire to succeed and to help us to grow our business.
