- Site Manager
Townmore is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our successful, growing delivery team for a new hotel project in Dublin 2. The medium sized project comprises the refurbishment and fitout of an existing commercial building to a hotel including bar and hospitality space.

This individual will work under our Regional Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover. This person will form part of a cohesive and dynamic delivery team carrying out projects across numerous sectors including fitout, refurbishment, new build and conservation works.
Our Site Managers are pivotal in the delivery of high-quality projects and developing long-term relationships with the supply chain, design teams and clients alike. The individual will need to demonstrate their abilities in running projects across a spectrum of sectors and must be competent in Health & Safety, programming, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and directing labour accordingly.
- A third level qualification in construction management / engineering is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years + site/project management experience
- A strong motivational attitude combined with keen managerial skills coupled with strong commercial awareness are essential.
- Excellent people and client management skills.
- Excellent references and a good track record in the industry.
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
