Ballast House
Works included the stripout and refurbishment of a six-storey over basement building including the breaking through to an additional building and amalgamation of floors across all levels. All works took place within a landlocked building on one of Ireland's busiest pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares. This project required substantial liaison with existing ground floor tenants, neighbours, Dublin City Council, Luas Cross City and Dublin Bus. Works included for a full CAT A fitout and new mechanical and electrical install.
