It is a mix of apartments, bungalows and two storey houses varying from 2 bed to 4 bed. All units achieved a BER rating of A3. The site itself is quite steep rising from front to back, meaning that there is a difference in ground level from house to house. This required the construction of retaining walls throughout and resulted in steps and ramps across the site to provide access.
