The works involved the complete refurbishment of the entire hotel over seven floors while maintaining a live five-star experience for patrons. Works included the entire refurbishment of the ground floor reception, foyer, bar, restaurant, executive suite and back of-house. Further works included the refurbishment of 200 bedrooms, function rooms and ancillary space. All works had to be phased in conjunction with the Hotel Management to ensure noise and disruption was kept to a minimum.
