Resident contractor framework at the 20-acre Viatris facility in Damastown, delivering ongoing new-build, cleanroom refurbishments and complex live-environment upgrades. Works include a 10,000 sq ft office/laboratory extension, mezzanines, boilers, BMS upgrades and production-line modifications, executed under rolling negotiated contracts with stringent safety, environmental and operational controls.
