Managing Director

James has a career spanning 35 years in the construction industry having worked in Ireland, the UK, Middle East and Africa. His many years experience is evident in his calm and confident approach. As Group CEO / Managing Director, James is tasked with building a robust and dynamic team to deliver best-in-class projects. James is a firm believer in a partnered approach to successful project delivery with a focus on exceeding Clients expectations every time.

Kevin Enright

Commercial Director

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience and has worked for more than 15 years with Townmore overseeing both the Estimating and Commercial Management functions. Kevin has an unrivalled understanding of procurement and cost management. He is a strong advocate of empowering our team members to grow within the company and has a particular interest in our health & safety systems having overseen the attainment of Safe-T Cert and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 .

Sean Corroon

Group Financial Director

Sean heads up the finance teams across Ireland and the UK. A Chartered Accountant, Sean has extensive knowledge and experience in construction, development and manufacturing. Sean has been integral in developing solid and cohesive financial reporting, processes and structures within the company, while also building a team of professionals with a bespoke skillsets critical to the contined success of Townmore.

Seamus Quirke

Construction Director

Seamus oversees the delivery of all projects in the West and South, managing a strong team of delivery professionals. Seamus has a can-do attitude to all of his projects, regardless how complex or the programme constraints. He has an unparallelled record in delivering projects to budget and within programme which is underpinned by over twenty years experience. Seamus works very closely with his site teams to ensure a successful project deliver.

Jacqueline Screeney

HR Director

Jacqueline has over 30 years’ experience across numerous sectors within industries including Medical Device, Construction and Development. Jacqueline is a founding member of Townmore and has worked tirelessly to ensure the company’s success throughout the past eighteen years. She oversees all Human Resource issues including Contracts, Payroll, Pensions and all associated benefits.

Mark Cronin

Associate Director

Mark has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry having worked in general contracting, specialist fitout contracting and cleanroom construction. Mark has worked with Townmore for over a decade and oversees the Preconstruction, and People functions across the Group including business development, marketing, bid management, recruitment and human resources. With experience stretching across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Mark is a strategic thinker who always aims to understand our clients’ needs at an early stage with a view to delivering projects which realise success for all stakeholders. His ability to develop rapport with Clients has resulted in strong long-term relationships with repeat business.

William Finlay

Associate Director – Commercial

William has over 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry. He has worked extensively throughout Ireland, the UK, Middle East and Africa in the delivery of complex high-value projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical, fitout, oil and gas. He has strong negotiation skills and delivers projects consistently within budget. He also has considerable experience with administering numerous contract types both domestically and across multiple international markets.

Finbarr Marrett

Engineering Manager

Finbarr oversees the delivery of all projects on our Controlled Environments Division while also managing a team of Building Services Coordinators. A degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, Finbarr has worked in the construction industry for over twenty years in the design, coordination, construction and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Cleanroom systems. His diverse skillset is unparalleled in the industry, particularly in the cleanroom construction sector.

Ann Marie Connolly

Office Manager

Ann Marie has over 25 years of experience predominately in the manufacturing and construction sectors. Ann Marie manages the office team and is involved in all facets of the organisation including accounts, office administration and payroll. She is an enthusiastic individual and enjoys enhancing her knowledge in construction especially in the area of lean methodologies. Ann Marie is diligent and conscientious.
