At Townmore, our Graduate Programme is designed to give you the experience, support and exposure you need to build strong foundations for your future.
Whether you are starting your career in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineers or another construction discipline, you’ll be part of projects from the beginning; learning from experienced people, developing your technical knowledge and seeing how projects come together in the real world.
Your Graduate Journey
Throughout our two-year Graduate Programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience, formal mentoring and CPD opportunities, with access to experienced management teams across Townmore.
We offer a competitive salary, reviewed regularly, along with clear opportunities to progress your career. Many of our people have progressed quickly within Townmore, and we’ll support you in building the skills and experience to take your next step.
Start with a Placement
Each year, Townmore welcomes placement students from universities across Ireland to work on projects across our various sites.
Placements typically run for six to nine months depending on the course, giving students the opportunity to gain practical experience within their discipline, work alongside experienced teams and get a real understanding of life at Townmore.
Placement can also be the beginning of your career with us. Students who are offered and accept a two-year graduate contract following their placement can have their final-year college fees supported through the Townmore bursary programme.
