New 3,221m² two-storey primary school in Cahir delivering 16 classrooms, SEN unit, GP hall and full ancillary facilities. Works included demolition of Our Lady of Mercy Primary School, comprehensive site development, and full M&E installation with BMS, solar panels and energy-efficient systems. Project completed with commissioning, handover and full BCAR compliance.
Buttevant
New 4,385m² two-storey post-primary school at Buttevant Community College, Co. Cork, incorporating classrooms, laboratories, SEN unit, PE hall and full ancillary facilities, alongside refurbishment of the existing school. Works included complex site development adjacent to a protected barracks wall, comprehensive M&E installation with BMS, and full external works including new entrance, services, drainage and landscaping.
