Southern Cross

Construction of Kilruddery Glen, a 160-unit residential development across four five-storey blocks, including two semi-subterranean parking basements. The project used precast concrete frames and hollow-core slabs, BIM Level 4 coordination, and sustainable features such as ground-source heat pumps, airtight construction, and native landscaping with green walls. Prefabrication minimized waste, reduced carbon footprint, and ensured high-quality finishes throughout.
