Bay 37

Strip-out and refurbishment of a 10,000 sqm industrial building at Bay 37, Shannon Commercial Properties, converting five steel-framed bays and two concrete portal frame units into modern office and industrial spaces. Works included fitted reception, offices, kitchens, and WCs, with designated loading areas, HGV access, and shared car parking, enhancing functionality and operational efficiency across the facility.
