Aviva HQ

Fit-out of 3,000 sqm of Grade A offices at Aviva Headquarters, Hatch Street, Dublin 2, delivered on a phased restack basis within a live multi-tenanted building. Works included full strip-out and refurbishment, ground floor change of use to reception, agora, gym and changing areas, raised access floors, MEP upgrades, AV installation, and turnkey FFE delivery, completed in a busy urban environment.
