Conrad Hotel

Phased refurbishment of The Conrad Dublin, comprising full ground floor upgrade of reception, bar, restaurant and back-of-house areas, followed by renovation of 192 guest bedrooms across seven floors. Works included façade alterations, structural modifications, bespoke finishes and furniture, and complete M&E upgrades with new AC, lighting, IT and AV systems, delivered within a live operational environment under strict sustainability guidelines.
