Refurbishment and conservation of 69 Merrion Road for the Embassy of India, transforming the protected structure into a fully functioning embassy office. Works included new rear pavilion and gable extensions, basement facilities with lift installation, caretaker mews, and full M&E upgrade. External works comprised landscaped gardens, boundary improvements, staff parking provision, and public footpath enhancements.
